  1. Hi guys, I bought BL quite some time ago (Humble Bundle). I started playing on the Mac but it didn't take me a long time to quit. For me, I think it's unplayable without a controller. Last week, I had to configure a bunch of interface peripherals (joysticks, arduino, kinect, etc) on my Mac so I also setup a Wiimote (with WJoy). I remembered to check it with Psychonauts and BL. The funny thing is that it works with Psychonauts but not with BL, when actually I was expecting the opposite. I checked the fora and I found this thread http://www.doublefine.com/forums/viewthread/10022/, and installed the Steam version but to no avail. Anyone can help with this? Thank you!
  2. The cerimonial knife, the one that you should give to Car'l. I remember completing this puzzle "in the flow" but now I'm stuck.
  3. Updated BA yesterday after a tweet from @doublefine. First time I played it it did, but now no matter where I click it doesn't and that means that I can't get a certain object essential to the game, i.e. game breaking bug. Can anybody confirm that? Thanks! OS: Mountain Lion 10.9.1 2,8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB cheers --jm
  4. Yeah, same here. MacOSX 10.9.1 2,8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT 1900 * 1220
  5. Hi, Game crashed. These are the last steps I remember doing. This occurs after giving the bucket with sap to Marshall Dune. used tear gas weapon on boat used stool with maidens went to dead eye god temple *CRASH* I was not able to reproduce it because when i loaded the game back, the tear gas had already the fish guts so in this sequence of events i could be anywhere. I assumed that i didn't had used the stool on the maidens so i did and then went to the dead eye god temple. No crash. Macbook Pro OSX 10.9.1 2,8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT 512 MB 1920 * 1200 fullscreen EDIT: Ok, I already sent the log file to support but I thought it should also be updated here. I think for future reference i was able to do it again but the action is dumber: just leave this area and it crashes. Also, I was using another graphic display, a NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB. cheers -- jm
  6. Yep, also shows on a Mac Macbook Pro OSX 10.9.1 2,8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT 512 MB 1920 * 1200 fullscreen cheers -- jm
  7. C'mon guys, this is a bug report. Let's keep it that way...
  8. @Joe Cool: from some time now online sites and offline apps all have analytics - mostly google, so that's not the issue here. The issue is that the game should be played even if you don't get to track it using analytics. cheers -- jm
  9. Same behaviour on a Mac. @Anna: First time i run it i think the game window was at 1024 * 768 (centered on screen set to 1920 * 1200). If i go to preferences it shows "1920 * 1200 (native)", if I checked fullscreen it goes into fullscreen. If I restart again, the game runs in 1920 * 1200 in fullscreen. Current setup OSX 1.9.1 - 2.8 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB 1077 Mhz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT 512 MB cheers -- jm
  10. Hi, I'm playing on a Mac but this probably is not platform related. I use Little Snitch to control outgoing traffic and as several other apps, Broken Age connects to Google Analytics to track "stuff". As usual, Little Snitch asks if I allow the connection. The issue is that the game window in fullscreen mode is displayed above the Little Snitch window so I can't allow it. Also I can't ALT-TAB nor Force Quit Broken Age. So, because the connection is blocked the game crashes (black screen with coloured wheel) after I choose the save game slot, before Shay and Vella show up on the screen. If I turn Little Snitch off, no problems. Didn't test with Steam in offline mode nor without being connected to the web, but for now I assume that it would crash also. Hope it helps. -- jm
