  1. The images are mostly recreations of the posters in the Main Lodge, with a few of my own thrown in because there weren't twelve poster. I've finished all the months but December, because I want to do something special for the last image. Milla is miss February: http://41.media.tumblr.com/4c34e8dc7b5728ff38fcb2e8919eccd8/tumblr_o1c1wa2KeN1v09g8eo6_1280.png See the rest here: http://jamberryjar.tumblr.com
  2. Not long after Psychonauts was first released, someone made the natural decision to take the Black Velvetopia cards from the game (or maybe they were just scans from the promotional deck) and use them in a simple computer card game suite. And it was awesome. Here's the original post: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=152329 Unfortunately I lost the program when I got a new computer and the download links have since died. I'm wondering if anyone out there remembers this and maybe still has a copy they could post and/or send me?

I was thinking about adventure games the other day and suddenly wondered what Grim Fandango would look like if it had a more classic style. So I played around in paint for a while and made this as a start. What do you guys think? I'm not quite sure if it's right but I like it so far. Also I couldn't decide between the gray or beige shadow, or whether you should be able to see some of the back of his head.
  4. Upload the pics to an image sharing site like Photobucket or Flickr (or deviantART), then post a link directly to the .jpg and it should show up full size in the thread. Like so: http://www.oxmonline.com/files/imagecache/futureus_imagegallery_fullsize/gallery/df2hb1.jpg http://www.oxmonline.com/files/imagecache/futureus_imagegallery_fullsize/gallery/df2hb4.jpg
  5. I'm very judicious about what websites I join. (DFAF is one of my favs because it is well known that Double Fine is distilled awesomeness.) If I can get a question answered on a site I'm already apart of s'all good. And don't ask me why but chances seemed good that someone on this side would read Japanese. . . Though now that you mention it going to a Dresden Files fansite does seem rather practical.
  6. It was my way of saying I tried, I failed, here's a spot of humor to make the disappointment go down a little easier for both of us. I see you reject my definition of humor though. I must cry now. Oh don't cry... Sometimes I have trouble distinguishing sarcasm from maliciousness.
  7. Thanks Kodiak, for the translation and the kanji/katakana thing. I don't know anything about Japanese so... Gina that's realy not helpful.
  8. I was looking at the covers of one of my favorite book series (The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher) and I noticed that on the main character's staff was what appeared to be kanji. I wondered if this was the cover artist trying to put in some sort of secret message. These are the best pics I could get:
  9. So I’ve played Host Master and the Conquest of Humor a couple times, (It’s awesome, naturally.) and I want to play more. (Maybe finish the game.) The thing is I have a rather slow internet connection, and it can take a while to load, if it loads at all. So I was wondering if there was any place I could go to save it to my hard drive so I could play it any time I want? Maybe a link somewhere that I could left-click on and select “Save Target As…“?
  10. Could you post that link again? It keeps redirecting to the main media page.
  11. You mean besides Pixar? Agreed though, very sweet. Wouldn't expect any less from DF.
  12. Here's an early GPC. Not much difference, except general geography (and one of the sighs is in english).
  13. OMG forgot about this thread! Sorry. So either the fish were originally bigger Lungfishopolis or at one point he shrunk...
