  1. I really don't see the problem getting more funding for this project. Why don't you guys simply do the same as Chris Roberts with "Star Citizen"? Even after the official campaign ended, existing backers can upgrade their pledges and new backers can pledge for most of the original tiers with slighty higher prices. Nobody is complaining, there is no bad press (which would definitely happen for doing a second Kickstarter) and the project has made a million dollars since the Kickstarter ended. Funding another couple of months for DF would be a piece of cake.
  2. Oh, even Tim Schafer himself backed this cute little project, see his Kickstarter profile.
  3. Today I found a new adventure game on Kickstarter: 'Lilly Looking Through' http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/516151670/lilly-looking-through-an-animated-adventure-game This one looks really cute, have a look! They only require $18,000 and are half way there.
  4. Oh, I remember this one very fondly! Played in on a C64, what a great Adventure! But actually my very first Adventure Game was 'Gruds in Space' by Sirius Software. Played it back in 1984, together with a bunch of friends. I'm sure I never would have become a software developer if it wasn't for the old C64 days! God, how I miss them...
  5. Well, I guess I was a little too easily impressed. Thanks for the heads-up!
  6. Cool, a new Kickstarter project to make a film about the history of Sierra On-Line: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/772847014/the-history-of-sierra-on-line
