  1. No worries, folks! There's no need to update the address for your existing order. All eligible backers will be required to provide their mailing address again before their game/documentary box will ship. The addresses in our DFA order database are about 3 years old now, so many of them have likely changed. When your merch is ready to ship, we'll send you a brand new survey that will issue you a brand new order number. We will not use the address from your existing order number to ship any of the remaining DFA backer rewards. If you'd still like to update your existing order's address information, feel free to email orders@fangamer.com (but you'll have to provide it again anyway once the new surveys are sent out). Please let me know if you've got any other questions!

  5. Hey there! The shortest Psychonauts figurine is about 1.25" tall (Dogen), and the tallest is about 3.25" tall (Dr. Loboto). Unfortunately I don't have any information regarding Double Fine's mugs being restocked.

  8. Hey there! No need to worry about updating your address at the moment, we will be sending out a mass email requiring each backer to confirm their mailing address once the game and documentary is ready to ship.
  9. If you're a $100+ backer and haven't received your DFA shirt and poster, feel free to send an email to orders@fangamer.com and we'll get it taken care of. In regards to updating your mailing address for when the Broken Age game and documentary are ready to ship; we will likely require your mailing address to be confirmed/updated before your game/doc will be shipped. Many of the addresses we collected last year are likely to be outdated by then, so we want to make sure each package gets sent to the correct address. So no worries about updating your address at this point, you'll have the opportunity to do so when we send out a mass email once everything is available to ship.

  12. Sorry for the confusion! We're sort of in an awkward transition stage of handling Double Fine's order fulfillment and customer service, and I apologize if the email came off as suspicious. Also to clarify, the address from your order confirmation email was your "billing address", which may not necessarily be the same as your shipping address, so we'll definitely need a response before we'll be able to ship your order. Sorry again for the trouble!

Hey folks, here's a quick update: • We have every size of DFA shirt available now. • We've completely shipped off all of the $100 backer rewards (except of course for the game and documentary). • We're still waiting to receive our next batch of autographed posters from Double Fine, so the remaining $250+ orders have been delayed until they've been shipped to us. Unfortunately we don't have any sort of time-frame available for when we'll receive them. Also please keep in mind that the posters and shirts will be sent together inside of the same package (the shirts and posters won't ship separately). • If you have any questions about your order, or would like to update your mailing address, please send an email to orders@fangamer.com along with your order number.
  15. This was one of the big reasons for split-shipping the rewards. It would take a huge box full of packing peanuts in order to hold both a poster and a game box at the same time. This would substantially slow down the shipping process, and the weight of each package (not to mention the additional cost of materials) would send the cost of postage way up.
