That's the problem I contacted them first thing yesterday and I'm still to get a reply. One person who contacted me received a reply from them but it told him to delete his entire steam folder except for steamapps and the actual steam client. It of course didn't work. So it seems that even steam doesn't quite know how to resolve the issue.
This seems to be an issue with people who pre-ordered the game on steam. I pre-ordered the game on steam and prior to it's release the game was sitting comfortably in my library. Once the game had been released however the game had completely disappeared from my account. I was wondering if anyone else here has experienced the same issue, and if anyone has had any luck fixing the problem.
