  1. Hey Lee, I hope you can make this somewhat understandable for me. I always wondered how the program knows where which texture is going where. What happens between "here is the png" and the final char. Currently I go with "magic", but that can't be the solution to everything
  2. I didn't got the game early on, but this "buying" thing is keeping me a bit off. Is this some kind of Free-to-Play (I like to call it free-to-pay-for-my-mercedes) thing, or are these just some boosts and you can enjoy the game, without it? If these are just boosts to benefit your singleplayer experience (if you want to), then no worries... Don't get me wrong, I don't want to tell you what to do with the game you're creating, it's just a model I personally loathe... They are boosts to benefit your single player experience. With additional Superium, you can convert it to more Coins (currency for rooms, upgrades, equipment, and items), and speed up training and research. This is definitely a game that you can enjoy without having to spend a dime, and also enjoy if you do. (We are definitely focusing the balance that way). You get an A for Awesome!

  5. Was checking the german iTunes store, if this would hit; unfortunatelly there was only the Psychonauts app... any chance we get this game in europe? EDIT: Never mind... noticed I made a mistake, it's not out even in the US... so oopsy!

  9. Wow, also thank you for sharing some intimate moments... always having a blast watching thos episode... I hope after I played the game, I can come back and watch them on the internet again... really great to be a port of this!

Originally the new documentary episode was supposed to go out tomorrow and these would be updated in the TOC at the same time, but the video encoding problems kind of threw a wrench into that! So now this thread is linked from the actual Episode 3 update thread itself. Ah ... save time, work smarter, got you!

  17. The TOC thread updates with new threads. The Game Club has a specific time and date announced in advance, so it shouldn't catch you by surprise! Well, I mostly pay attention to the table of contents Thread, thiswhy it does .

  20. There actaully is no options for languge. There's a language.ini file that needs to be setup correctly. I'm at home now but can post more detailed instructions tomorrow. That would be rad . Thanks in advance . You need to add a text file called Psychonauts.ini in the same folder as your Pnauts exe. In this file, put either: language french or language german And that's it! Awesome and now it's in english! Like magic! Wow! Mind = Blown! Thank you, good sir!

  23. Aha! So not using my beloved 7-Zip wa the culprit! thank you! Now it works. One questions though, how can I setup the game into english w/ changing my system language...
  24. Yeah, some guidance on Widows 7 would be great! Also - to make things easier on me could I copy some couple of config files (from the steam version) to make things much easier? If yes, which should I need to copy. Nonetheless - I would love the guidance . Actually, folks should hold off on this for now. We have a lot of other reports of this and it may be specific to the way HiB Pnauts was bundled. If anyone wants to try their Steam key version and let me know if it has the same problem or not, I'd be much obliged. Well the Steam version works like a charm. I tried copying the main folder and altering the resolutions in the DisplaySettings.ini to the resolution I am using. Both end up still with the same black screen - I await further help on this, but seeing it is a major problem right now, I'll let you investigate
