Expected Behavior: Touches and touch/drags should register where touched on the screen. I expect Windows 8 touch support as I know you're targeting many touch-only devices like the iPad, iPhone, and Android devices. Actual Behavior: Touches are registered far away from where the touch happened. System: Surface Pro 2 Windows 8.1 Fully Patched. High DPI 1920x1080 with 150% scaling (default). Troubleshooting Steps Taken Without Success: A typical work-around to when this happens in games on Windows 8.1 is to disable high dpi scaling under the compatibility tab for the executable's properties. I tried doing this, but unfortunately touches are still registered in the wrong location.
