      These Forums are closing!   10/04/2019

After more than a decade of serving this community well, these forums have finally run their course and it's time to close them down. That doesn't mean we want to close the doors on our community, quite the opposite!
Our discord server grows ever busier by the day, and we encourage all Double Fine fans to meet us over there www.discord.gg/doublefine In a short time these forums will become a read only archive and will remain that way until they become needed again.
You never know, it might happen.  There is... a prophecy. Thank you all for being part of these forums, and remember that the fun is definitely not over - so please join us on Discord! Love ya, Spaff, Tim, Info Cow, and all of Double Fine.

  1. just one. 1. Inside the stomach of an old lady where mystical confections of old are put on the display in a museum guarded by an englishman tour guide who cannot age and has has knowingly been put under a curse to guard the museum at all costs. You don't know this, but he is the sole key holder to escaping the hellish fate of living out your life in this unbearable, hideous place.
  2. ah yes, hidden forums, makes me feel a little better than those of the "non" backing type. Here's to elitism! (raises glass)
  3. Your first adventure game?

first Adventure! Monkey Island on the Amiga. I spent the summer at my Mom's house. She had a strange room mate that was obsessed with "Video Toaster". And she had all these games. It was also the first real game that made me bust out laughing. I was hooked afterwards and got my hands on every Lucas Arts adventure game I could. It was a glorious time, in the days of floppy discs.
