      These Forums are closing!   10/04/2019

      After more than a decade of serving this community well, these forums have finally run their course and it's time to close them down. That doesn't mean we want to close the doors on our community, quite the opposite!

MacOS Catalina 64 bit support - Grim Fandango Remastered

With MacOS Catalina they are discontinuing support for 32 bit games https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208436.
Grim Fandango Remastered is available for purchase on the App store for MacOS https://apps.apple.com/us/app/grim-fandango-remastered/id1022841309?mt=12
Grim Fandango Remastered and other Double Fine games do not appear to have 64 bit support https://www.macgamerhq.com/news/32-bit-mac-games/ 

Is the plan to make games like Grim Fandango Remastered, Broken Age, etc... be 64 bit?

I also have this question, I bought Grim Fandango Remastered and Day of the Tentacle Remastered.
I'm about to finish the first one, and I haven't started playing the latter, but I'll soon be required to upgrade to Catalina for my job.

Please add 64 bit support!

Would also like to know the answer to this. Wondering whether to uninstall all the Doublefine games I have. :|

When iOS went 64bit we lost Dropchord, but the adventures are still available, so presumably there must be a 64bit codebase somewhere?

Spaff has said on the Discord: "64 bit games! I need to write a blog about this, argh. Yeah we are working out what when how etc for those. Some will be saved, As many as possible. Some of the games are ancient and on technology that is hard to work with, and we are low on people as everyone is cranking on Psychonauts. But we are working on it!"
