YES! I was waiting for FEZ to go on sale! Now Steam just needs to put Super Meat Boy on sale and I will be the happiest Octopi.

Yeah, those are some amazing deals. I have to take some time to figure out what to get. I got FEZ from the Polytron website for the preorder price, but it's never been near as cheap there or on Steam. It's extremely worth it at that price.

Steam Daily Deal:

75% off Sniper Elite V2 (Windows): 8,74€ / $12.49

If I didn't have most of the stuff from before, I would definitely have picked up RPG Rarities Bundle, Platformers Reborn Pack, Indie Adventure Awesomeness and Indie Puzzlebox. Those are some nicely put together mixed developers packs. GOG certainly seems to know their stuff. As it is Library of Myst was actually the only thing I really needed from that list as far as I can tell. Still a great deal for $9.45 though.

I mentioned the Humble Weekly Sale on the last page, but it got buried. Thanks for fronting it again. It's a great deal.

Today's GOG sales are Indie RPG Invasion (Legend of Grimrock, Torchlight, Divinity 2, Inquisitor and Driftmoon) and Fair and Square Selection (Deus Ex 1-2, Thief 1-3, Anachronox and Daikatana) in case you missed them when everything was on sale at once yesterday.

Steam Daily Deal:

75% off Scribblenauts Unlimited (Windows): 5,24€ / $7.49

I own Super Scribblenauts on DS and it's pretty fun. I haven't tried this one, but it's generally gotten very good reviews.

Syberia II

Spirits

Ankh: Heart of Osiris

Ankh: Battle of the Gods

Jack Keane

4 Elements

Worms Reloaded

Turba

Defender's Quest: Valley of the Forgotten

I don't know the others, but I highly recommend any Worms game. They are just stupid fun. Plus I just bought it, and want to see if I can get multiplayer to work on my connection.

Thanks, Leroy. I totally forgot about those again. And thanks for the tip. I'll look into Worms.

I own both Syberia II and Jack Keane, but haven't played either. Both are adventure games. The first Syberia is pretty decent, but nothing really special. I've heard some good things about Jack Keane.

REPERFECTION (Windows) (DRM-free/Desura)

Beat the average for:

REPERFECTION OST

REPERFECTION is a new indie adventure series in the style of an interactive Art Noir graphic novel. It consists of several episodes, each of it is self-contained. You unlock new panels and pages of the game by solving different puzzles. By doing so you influence the events in the past and change the future reality, discovering more and more about the exciting storyline. The comic is kept in black and white using color as focus on important objects.

STORY

Ben Freeman lives with his wife Sarah and their son Danny in a small house in the suburbs. They are a happy family - until the day Sarah loses her life in a car accident. Due to the loss of his wife Ben's life goes to pieces, but he discovers a so far unknown ability that allows him to revert Sarah's death, jumping to the time Sarah wanted to leave the house and driving into that terrible accident. But the price for saving his beloved is higher than he could imagine...

This is one of the games I've been excited about, after seeing it announced as an upcoming title on their forums.

I so would have grabbed Arma 2 when the whole Dayz Mod effect was going on. I think I'll just wait until the stand alone DayZ comes out at this point. Man if people are just getting into PC gaming all these crazy deals will cause some massive backlogs.

Yeah, there's really constantly a shit load of good deals to be made. And I know there's a lot of stuff out there I don't even cover regularly, like bundlestars.com, gamersgate.com, greenmangaming.com and amazon.com. There's often a lot of good deals there for stuff that redeems on Steam. I'm just not sure where to draw the line.

Besides, Amazon.com is a pain in the ass to parse with a script, since they don't have an api for game deals and there's no easy way to automatically find the good deals among the bad ones on the store front. And gamersgate.com doesn't have a convenient way to get USD prices, so I'd only be able to do Euro or GBP prices without a proxy.

If anyone has any opinions on what to include and not, I'd welcome it. It would also be nice if you have opinions on games that I don't know anything about, since that would probably make it easier for everyone to pick out the more interesting deals.

There's also a new IndieRoyale.com deal up now:

The Spiral Groove Bundle (link):

* Sniper Elite V2 (Windows) (Steam)

* Gatling Gears (Windows) (Steam)

* Bloody Trapland (Windows) (Desura)

* Judge Dredd: Dredd Vs Death (Windows) (Steam)

* *unlocks later*

You currently have to pay a minimum of around $6. Pay a little more for a digital album.

Sniper Elite sounds familiar, but I know nothing about it. Bloody Trapland is on Steam Greenlight and looks like a really cool multiplayer platformer. I like how you get blood smears that stick to the floor and ground as you take damage while playing. Stealth Bastard does the same thing. It's no big thing, but it does give you a sense of the challenge when you've been struggling with a particular level for a while, and it looks like a bloody mess by the time you're done.

Also, if you've bought the Humble Bundle with Android 6 you know this already, but 3 bonus games have now unlocked:

* McPixel

* Waking Mars

* NightSky HD

Waking Mars and NightSky almost seem to have been in every single Android bundle so far, but I think it's the first we've seen of McPixel in a bundle.

Waking Mars is a relatively standard platformer, except that you have a jet pack you'll be using most of the time, and you have to manipulate the local fauna to progress. There's not a whole lot of challenge in it, but it looks good in a retro kind of way and it's got an interesting sci-fi setting. No dystopia here as far as I can tell from playing it on both Android and PC.

McPixel is a really funny point and click, where your goal is to "save the day". You have a series of rooms that all have some kind of danger in them, usually a bomb, that you have to get rid of within a very short time frame. If you don't succeed, you progress to the next one, and they loop until you've figured everything out. It's an interesting concept and I had a lot of fun playing my way through the game.

Steam Daily Deal:

50% off DLC Quest (Windows/Mac): 1, 49€ / $1.49

This game is both the original game and the new campaign Live Freemium or Die. At this proce it's absolutely worth picking up. I had a lot lf fun with both campaigns.

If you don't know what this is, it's an old school platformer that is a very silly satire on some of today's DLC packs. In this game core gameplay elements like moving left and jumping have to be unlocked as in-game DLC. It's relatively easy to complete, but very hard to 100%.
